Customer Map (Segmentation)

What is it

Customer map is an AI-powered segmentation tool allowing you to better understand your customers and their homes enabling marketing and sales teams to run highly targeted campaigns that drive engagement and increase revenue.

How it works

Customer maps uses advanced data models to analyse all customers, based on their smart meter data (15/30/60 min) combined with other data points, to build accurate profiles of your customer base.

Use cases

Customer Map supports several use-cases described below that can be combined to target customers with strong propositions such as an EV tariff and a home charger for an EV owner that currently doesn’t have a home charger and optimises charging when prices are low.

Tariff picker: Analyse which tariff a specific customer would benefit from based on last 12 months consumption data. You can either upload specific tariffs to compare or simply use the pre-defined tariffs in the tool. Based on the analysis you will get an understanding of total cost per year for the optimal tariff and potential savings compared to alternatives.

This allows you to maximise your revenue as well as being proactive and offer customers a better tariff to reduce risk of churn in critical moments such as contract renewal.

EV Asset detection: Detect which customers that have an EV that is charged at home frequently as well as how much they consume on EV charging and what power they charge at, indicating if they have a type 1 or type 2 charger. Based on consumption pattern it’s also possible to distinguish if they currently

This allows you to proactively reach out and offer a relevant tariff, such as time of use or dedicated EV tariff along with services such as smart charging and public charging or even a home charger for the ones that don't have one already.

PV Asset detection: Detect which customers that have a PV, how much they produce every year and how much they self-consume.

This allows you to proactively offer them a better tariff or a home battery.
